Shipping policy

Processing times
We aim to process and pack all orders within 3 working days of the order confirmation. We do like to take little surf trips throughout the year but if planned processing times are longer than usual this will be communicated clearly on the website.

UK Shipping
Free domestic shipping is available to customers in Great Britain including England, Wales, Scotland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man for giclee art prints and greeting cards. All other products will incur a shipping charge. Sadly we do not post to Northern Ireland since a new EU product safety law (the GPSR) came into force in December 2024.

We post Royal Mail signed for service for art prints, mugs, resin pots and tote bags. Please be prepared to sign for your order upon arrival or collect from your local Royal Mail depot. Royal Mail's delivery aim for 1st class is the next working day after posting, their delivery aim for 2nd class postage is 2-3 working days. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and once we have posted an order we cannot influence how quickly Royal Mail will deliver. If the item has not been delivered 10 working days after the due date then we can contact Royal Mail for an investigation and compensation.

We post greeting cards using Royal Mail's 2nd class service. Customers can upgrade for a small fee if they would prefer 1st class or 1st class signed for, these options are available at the checkout. If you realise you have selected and paid for the wrong postage, please reorder with the correct postage and message us immediately to ask us to cancel your first order which we will happily do.

International Shipping
The cost of shipping varies depending on the country you are in and the product you're buying. Free shipping is automatically applied on international orders over £100 for standard size (A5 - A2) giclee art prints.

Outside of Great Britain, we will post to Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and the USA. Sadly we do not post to the EU anymore due to Brexit related regulations and changes to packaging and product safety law.

All international orders are posted using Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed For service where available. Countries where this service is not available will use the next best option, usually International Tracked. Their estimated delivery aims are 5-7 working days but with checks in customs we find it's usually 2-3 weeks in total.

For non-standard items such as custom large size prints (larger than A2 size), please contact us for a shipping quote. Once we know where you are based we can research the best shipping price for you. 

Customs and import taxes
Customs in the destination country have the right to hold items for checking and neither Royal Mail nor the Single Fin Collective can influence the time it takes to clear customs in the destination country. We do add the relevant customs information to the parcels to ensure progress through customs is as speedy as possible.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes or courier handling fees that may apply on delivery. The prices you see on our website do not include these additional import fees. The charges will vary between destination countries, if you have any questions about what to expect please contact us before ordering.

If you wish to return an order please contact us first as you will need to provide specific customs information for easy return to the UK.
